PRE-SCHOOL
Mom & Tots:
Student/Teacher ratio: 6 to 1. Parents participate with their child in
various activities. Gymnastics, rhythm, and basic movements are used to
increase fitness, coordination, social skills and self- esteem for your
child.
Mighty-Mites:
Student/Teacher ratio 5 to 1. Your child will continue to work on their
gymnastics, rhythms, basic movements and increased fitness. They will work
on skills to improve their eye-hand, eye-foot coordination; while developing
discipline, social skills, and a positive self-esteem. They will also learn
basic variations of forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.
Much of the instruction is disguised through movement and games.
Dyna-Mites:
Student/Teacher ratio 6 to 1. Your child will continue to work on their
gymnastic skills and improve their eye-hand, eye-foot coordination; while
developing discipline, social skills, and a positive self-esteem. Your child

SCHOOL AGE Boys
Power-Mites:
Student/Teacher ratio 6 to 1. Boys only. Your child will continue to work on
their gymnastic skills and improve their eye-hand, eye-foot coordination;
while developing discipline, social skills, and a positive self-esteem. Your
child will continue learning basic variations of forward and backward rolls,
cartwheels, and handstands. Much of the instruction is disguised through
movement and games.
Gladiators:
Student/Teacher ratio 8 to 1. This is a recreational class that utilizes
gymnastics, games, and contests to achieve the goal of fitness. The boys
will develop motor development and social skills in a positive and fun
environment. Flexibility training is also introduced at this level.
SCHOOL AGE Girls
Kippies:
Student/Teacher ratio 8 to 1. Level 1 & 2. Your child will be instructed on
equipment comparable to their stage of motor development and social skills.
This program introduces safety, flexibility training, and teaches beginning
level skills on all four events (bars, beam, floor and vault). It includes
recreational fun and games along with gymnastics and fitness.
Academy: Student/Teacher
ratio 8 to 1. Level 1 & 2. Your child will be instructed on equipment
comparable to their stage of motor development and social needs. This
program introduces safety, flexibility training, and teaches beginning level
skills on all four events (bars, beam, floor and vault). It includes
recreational fun and games along with gymnastics and fitness.
Kippies/Academy 1:
Student/Teacher ratio 8 to 1. Combined. Level 2 & 3. Your child will be
instructed on equipment comparable to their stage of motor development and
social needs. Students will be divided by skill rather than age. This program
also introduces safety, flexibility training and teaches beginning level
skills on all four events (bars, beam, floor and vault). It includes
recreational fun and games along with gymnastics and fitness.
Accelerated: Student/Teacher
ratio 8 to 1. Combined. L-3 & 4. Advanced level gymnastics. The emphasis is
based on flexibility, strength and conditioning. Your child will continue
their gymnastics on all four events (bars, beam, floor and vault). From here
they may proceed to pre-team or team.
OTHER
Total Tumbling 1:
Student/Teacher ratio 10 to 1. This class focuses on fundamental tumbling,
as well as mastering standing flip-flops and round-off flip- flops.
Total Tumbling 2:
Student/Teacher ratio 10 to 1. This level is for tumblers who have mastered
round- off flip-flops. They will be introduced to flip-flop series, back
flips, and elite tumbling.
Cheer:
Student/Teacher ratio 10 to 1. Your child will learn the basic techniques of
cheerleading (cheers, motions, chants and jumps) and tumbling.
ADULT
Adult Class:
This class meets once a week for one hour, and focuses on
conditioning, flexibility, stretching, and cardio work-out, with a mix of some
basic
gymnastic skills.
