Fall classes start August 23rd.

 

Flip Flop Friday - usually once a month.  This is a specialized 1 ½ hour clinic for students who want to learn how to do a flip-flop; improve on their flip-flop or learn advanced skills of the flip-flop.  Beginners will learn the beginning process of the flip-flop.  Many lead up skills are required for the flip-flop (handstand, handstand fall into bridge, bridge kick over, and the proper way to sit back to lead into the flip-flop).  Your child (if a member) works on these in class.  We will also review them in the flip-flop clinic. Students who already know how to do their flip-flops will learn skills that help lead up to doing multiple flip-flops and back tucks (round off flip-flop).  All guests (non-members) must sign a waiver to participate.
